What to Expect at the Free Assessment
A team member visits your home, usually for 30–45 minutes, to talk through your loved one’s needs, routine, and preferences. It’s a conversation, not a sales visit — ask us anything.
- We’ll walk through daily routine, mobility, and any specific care needs.
- We’ll go over schedule and budget, so there are no surprises.
- In many cases, care can begin within 48 hrs to a week after the assessment.
A Few Quick Questions
Is the initial call or consultation really free?
Yes — the phone consultation and the in-home assessment are both completely free, with zero obligation to move forward.
Do I need to be present for the in-home assessment?
It helps if a family member or decision-maker is there, even by phone, so we can answer questions. But we’re flexible around your schedule.
What if my loved one isn’t ready to accept help yet?
That’s common. We can talk through how to introduce the idea gently, starting with just a few hours a week so it doesn’t feel overwhelming.
Is there any obligation after the free assessment?
None. The assessment is how we figure out if and how we can help — deciding to move forward, and when, is entirely your choice.
